Attorney Disclosure
Effective date: July 2026
Elderna is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Elderna connects you with Abby N. Wilson, a licensed Ohio attorney. Completing the assessment or scheduling a call does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.
Nature of This Service
Elderna is a client intake platform that connects individuals and families with Abby N. Wilson, a licensed Ohio elder law attorney who handles Medicaid planning matters. Elderna itself does not practice law, provide legal advice, or represent any person in any legal matter.
Licensed Attorney
Assessment reviews and attorney calls facilitated through this platform are conducted by Abby N. Wilson, a licensed Ohio attorney (Supreme Court of Ohio Reg. No. 0092614). You can verify her license standing at the Supreme Court of Ohio's public attorney directory.
Legal services are available only to residents of Ohio or persons whose loved ones are receiving care in Ohio, unless otherwise discussed. If you are located in a different state, we will make a good-faith effort to refer you to appropriate resources in your jurisdiction.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of this website, submission of the assessment, receipt of an assessment result, and scheduling or attending a review call do not, by themselves, create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only if you formally engage the attorney through a signed written engagement agreement.
Until an engagement agreement is signed, any information you share is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
Assessment Results Are Not Legal Advice
The assessment results generated by this site are based on general scoring logic applied to the answers you provide. They are designed to help triage your situation and identify whether attorney review is likely to be useful — they are not a legal analysis of your specific facts and do not constitute legal advice.
Do not make or delay any financial, legal, or caregiving decisions based solely on your assessment result.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Medicaid planning outcomes depend on many factors, including applicable state and federal law, the specific facts of your situation, asset types, timing, prior transfers, and Medicaid agency determinations. Past results referenced on this site are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar results in your case.
Advertising Disclaimer
This website may constitute attorney advertising under applicable state bar rules. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
